40 m2 - 2 floors, 2 independent entrances, terrace, 1 groundfloor bedroom with a double bed (possibility to add a cot free of charge), TV, in half under floor dining/living room with sofa bed + fully furnished open kitchen (electric cooker, electric oven, fridge, washing-machine, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, sinks, plates, glasses, cutlery + all necessary cooking utensils) and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle

In case of need or requirement of a bigger apartment, it is possible to link in an independent way:

The price will be so the sum of the prices of the apartments
