RENTAL CONDITIONS
Arrivals are preferably from 2 pm and departures at 10 am . This time could be adapted, on request, after taking into account the other bookings.
We do not provide breakfasts. However guests will find the basics to prepare an Italian breakfast (coffee/cappuccino biscuits, cakes) and some imperishable basic food such as milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, pasta etc
free of charge
In addition, for a minimum of 3 nights stay, we will be pleased to offer our guests a welcome pack composed with different local season products (cheeses, wines, sauces ...).
An example of welcome pack and breakfast pack:
Towels and some basic toilet products are at your disposal (soap, shampoo, etc ) free of charge
The applicable price is for the month of the arrival day (including in cases of rentals spanning 2 different months), except any rental including:
- January 1st, New Year Day
- July 2nd and August 16th, due to Siena's Palio
- December 25th, Christmas Day
- Any extraordinary Palio
- April 4th, Easter
In these cases, please consider the July and August prices
In addition, we organise on request extra dinners (french or italian cook, for birthdays, weddings, business lunches, or any particular event...), within 20 persons, from 25 per person, depending on the menu.
The booking must be confirmed by a partial payment of 30% of the complete rental, to be received by the Company in the 15 days following the initial firm booking request.
After this time, if we do receive the partial payment, the company reserves the right to rent the accommodation to another guest. In case of cancellation, this 30% payment is not returned.
A 50 euros deposit will be taken at the arrival for the possible cleaning charges. It will be returned at the end of the stay if the apartment is left cleaned, with its full furniture, without any damage. We will retain the deposit if cleaning is found to be necessary or if there is any damage.
Guests can also choose not to clean, and pay 50 additional Euros.
Little animals are tolerated, at the owners responsibility for hygiene and behaviour.
